Who We Are

Ready 2 Imagine was founded with a focused purpose. We provide exceptional support to organizations or businesses that seek to

  • develop camp or youth development programs that make a lasting, positive impact in kids' lives

  • refine their identity and purpose and improve staff morale and retention by creating an  exceptional culture.

  • create inclusive, safe and welcoming spaces for all genders

  • implement or manage healthy change effectively for growth

We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes and lots of curiosity to develop customized, unique strategies.

Ready 2 Imagine founder and Chief Imagination Officer, Bria Cartwright, has developed her expertise in these areas with over 30 years of experience in youth development programs, staff engagement and development, guest service, teamwork, company culture creation, gender equity and inclusion for all genders and leading healthy change, all of which resulted in significant growth in her operations and unparalleled staff loyalty. As the Executive Director/VP of 4 different overnight camps over the course of 20 years, she was a leader in creating intentional programming designed to make a lasting positive impact on campers and staff alike.  Her efforts resulted in exponential enrollment growth and staff satisfaction and retention.  Prior to her work in camping, she served as the Executive Director of the Hilltop Family YMCA membership and wellness branch  where she developed a culture of exceptional service, connection, and fun, which again resulted in significant growth and increased staff morale and engagement. She has a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz, is a faculty-level trainer for YMCA of the USA, a facilitator of the American Camp Association's New Director Orientation course and a graduate of the Disney University Quality Guest Service program.  Bria is a believer in the power of quality, hard work, laughter and play.  In her free time, she loves to travel the globe with her husband Matt, enjoys time in the outdoors and nature and spends lots of time cuddling with her dog Willow.

Bria also works part time with the Sonoma County Family YMCA as the seasonal Director or YMCA Camp Ravencliff, a small, rustic, magical summer camp in Southern Humboldt County in California. After being closed for over three years, she helped re-open the camp in 2022 and will direct the camp again for the 2023 season.
