A Coach offers honest, objective feedback to help you continue to grow and thrive in your career.  Our approach is one that encourages you to ask questions, to be able to look constructively at situations and your responses and to examine your own successes and mistakes. Our goal is to challenge you to better understand your unique style, talents and areas for growth, while helping you seek ways to create that growth.   

 

Executives and Senior Leaders - we encourage you to consider the services of a Coach as part of the hiring package for your new leaders. Regardless of how much you value supporting a new leader, your time is limited.   Including the support of a Coach in a new job offer gives your new leader someone objective to look to for support and sends a message that you value your new leader's success.

Individual Hourly Rates -   $250/hour

Individual Coaching or Thought Partner Sessions over Zoom, maximum 60 minutes.  Available during the months of September through May. See below for Summer options.

Coaching Gold Package - $850

This package includes the following:

  • 4 - 60 minute Coaching sessions over Zoom

  • Unlimited email support over the course of the package

  • 2 - "Phone-a-friend"  calls up to 30 minutes each

    • Appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible and within 36 hours of initial text request between the hours of 8am-9pm, 7 days a week (except when Coach is travelling)​

  • Package must be used within 4 months of start

Coaching Platinum Package - $1200

This package includes the following:

  • 6 - 60 minute Coaching sessions over Zoom

  • Unlimited email support over the course of the package

  • 4 - "Phone-a-friend" calls up to 30 minutes each

    • Appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible and within 36 hours of initial text request between the hours of 8am-9pm, 7 days a week (except when Coach is travelling)​

  • Package must be used within 6 months of start

Summer Season Coaching - $350/hour

A limited number of sessions are available during June, July & August. Priority is given to existing clients.
